2. What we collect
Information you give us through our forms: name, email address, phone number, business name, business type and your message, along with a record of your consent (see section 4).
Information collected automatically, only if you accept cookies: pages visited, device and browser details, approximate location from your IP address, and marketing source (for example UTM parameters and the site that referred you).
We do not collect payment card details through this website. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and to book and run calls.
- To send follow-up messages by email, phone and SMS where you have consented.
- To understand how the website is used and to improve it.
- To keep the website secure and to prevent spam and abuse.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. SMS and email consent
When you submit a form and tick the consent box, you agree to receive calls, texts and emails from Tranquillo AI about your enquiry and our services. We store your consent and the time you gave it. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, or ask for help by replying HELP. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
5. Service providers
We use GoHighLevel to store contacts, manage bookings and send messages, and Vercel to host the website. These providers process data on our behalf and only under our instructions. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or in connection with a sale or restructuring of our business.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and lead data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep it for as long as we provide services and for 4 years afterward for tax and legal purposes. Consent records are kept for 4 years so we can show you agreed. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed, or sooner if you ask and we are able to.
8. Your rights
California residents have the right to:
- know what personal information we collect, use and disclose;
- access a copy of it, and have it corrected or deleted;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither);
- limit the use of sensitive personal information (we don’t collect it);
- not be treated differently for using these rights.
Residents of other states, and of other countries, may have similar rights depending on where they live. To make a request, email joshdembo5@gmail.com. We will verify your identity by matching details you give us to our records, and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent to make a request for you.
9. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a material change, we will post a notice on this page.
